Art & The Body
The human form is both shell and mirror. A reflection of our current embodiment of life experience. It is dynamic and vulnerable, elemental and ethereal, a tangible manifestation of spirit.
These works are mixed media on either wood or canvas, created during Ron Curran’s Dynamic Drawing sessions 2007/8. I am deeply inspired by the human form and the challenge to represent the depth of the human experience through it’s depiction.
